On MY orderbird > Receipts you will find an overview of all receipts that you have issued in the orderbird MINI. The receipts are stored there for 10 years in compliance with the tax office.

Finding a receipt

1. Go to MY orderbird > Receipts
2. Now you will see all your bills in chronological order, starting with the most recent bill.
3. To find a specific receipt, use the search options:
   • Limit the period if you remember the approximate date of the receipt.
   • Search for the receipt number or the amount.
   • Or are you sure that it was a specific payment method ? Then you can also adjust the setting here and see the matching receipts.
   • Of course, you can also combine the various search options with each other and further narrow your search.

What else can you do with your bills?

You can view, download and save or print receipts of any of your issued receipts, edit them or email them to your customers.
