You are looking for an orderbird invoice or want to check the subscription period of your license? No problem! Because from now on, you can simply download your orderbird invoices at any time via MY orderbird. For this, you need a PC or laptop to be able to save them directly.

Let's go

1. Log in to my.orderbird.com with your MY orderbird access data via your PC/laptop.
2. Click on Settings > Service Portal in the main menu on the left.
3. Then click on "Download previous invoices" on the next page.
   
4. Voilà: Now you see an overview of all your orderbird invoices. You can download the orderbird invoices as PDF and open them on your PC. For this, you need the free program Adobe Acrobat Reader or, if you have a mac, open “Preview”.

I can't see the orderbird invoices on my iPad/mobile phone!

You can only access the orderbird invoice archive via a browser on a desktop PC or laptop. It does not work on tablets and cell phones.
