Change your bank account details with Nexi Adjust payout frequency? The registered company name has changed. What do I need to do now? Other changes have occurred. What do I need to do now? Cancel your contract

Nothing lasts forever, times change—and so do company details! Here you can find out where to go if you want to update your master data for card payments with Nexi Germany.

Change your bank account details with Nexi

You can conveniently manage your bank account details via your Nexi online portal. Usually, your bank account will be updated within 48 hours.

Adjust payout frequency?

No! Nexi Germany only offers daily payouts. They are transferred to your account with a 2-day delay.

The registered company name has changed. What do I need to do now?

Your account will be deactivated because your tax number has changed. This is mandatory under the German Money Laundering Act. After that, you can register again. Contact us at supportmini@orderbird.com.

Other changes have occurred. What do I need to do now?

Any changes to your card payment data – such as addresses, business name, or debit name – must be requested directly from Nexi Germany. To do so, send an email to serviceDE@nexigroup.com.

Tip: If you want to change the debit text shown on your customers’ bank statements, ask Nexi to update the “trading name”. This tells their team exactly what needs to be done.

Cancel your contract

If you want to cancel your card payment contract with Nexi, please contact Nexi directly. Send an email to serviceDE@nexigroup.com.
