You can talk to us about anything via the chat in MY orderbird and also take actions e.g. change your license with MINI Bot. 

  1. Log in to your MY orderbird account and click on "Chat" in the bottom right corner.

     

  2. Enter your name, your email and how we can help you - and let's go…

     

Our MINI Bot is available around the clock to help you with simple questions. If MINI Bot is unable to resolve your request itself, it will pass the chat on to our support agents. If you contact us outside our regular chat hours (Monday to Friday, 10 am to 4 pm), your request will be forwarded to us. We will get back to you by e-mail as soon as possible, at the latest on the next working day!
