If the tax audit is spontaneously on the mat, you can now say "Don't panic!". All your sales data is archived neatly and orderly in MY orderbird, and you can also make it accessible to the tax audit with just a few clicks.

1. Go to [MY orderbird] > [Data exports] > [GoBD].
2. Specify the required period, enter the email address of the examination office and click on [Export]. 
   
3. Within 30 minutes - and usually much faster - the GoBD report is automatically sent there by email.

All the GoBD exports you create are archived, and you can also download the GoBD reports as often as you like. You can also share it with others via a link, for example your tax office. Just try it out, then everything is not so new if the tax audit really comes around.

What is included in the GoBD export download?

The download contains a zip folder. If you unzip this, you will find the following in the folder: Your journal data, cancellations, invoices, orders, billed items, payments and taxes. And this is exactly what the tax inspector wants to know.
