Replacement of your orderbird MINI

Your orderbird MINI does no longer work properly and a replacement of your little helper is inevitable? That is no great news, but neither is it no big problem. Find out now what is important to switch to a brand new orderbird MINI. Please also not the warranty information: Warranty and Care 

Replacement under warranty

If all else fails and your MINI device is still under warranty, we will initiate an exchange of your orderbird MINI. You will receive an e-mail with information on how to proceed and a return declaration:

  • First, fill out the return declaration. Otherwise, we cannot process the return!
  • Send the defective device together with the completed declaration to our logistics center. You will receive a return label via email. 
  • Your new hardware will of course be dispatched immediately so that you receive it as quickly as possible. If possible, you can continue to use the defective device until the new one arrives.

Replacement after expired warranty

If you want to replace an older device, the quickest way to get new hardware is in the online store at store.orderbird.com. Feel free to contact our support team in advance to discuss possible solutions to your problem. We know a trick or two! :)

Login to your new orderbird MINI

When your new orderbird MINI arrives, it's time to switch devices. Easy peasy! Proceed as follows:

  1. Close the shift on your old device (if still possible). This will ensure that your data is fully synchronized with MY orderbird. 
  2. Then log in to the new device with your email and password from MY orderbird. Confirm that you want to change the device - that's it!

Do I have to enter all my data again?

Nope! As soon as you have logged in to the orderbird MINI, you will see that you don't have to start from scratch again: all the products you have stored and settings you have made are there. You will also be able to see and print your reports on your orderbird MINI after a short transfer time. Because all this data is not only stored on your orderbird MINI, but also on your MY orderbird account.
