If you need the same folders and items on all or several POS systems, don't worry about setting up your item list on all orderbird MINI devices by hand. Our MINI support team will be happy to copy your data from one POS to any number of others.

Here’s how to get your copy:

1. Prepare your item list on one orderbird MINI of your choice.
   To copy your data, we need a template. So please set up the item list on any orderbird MINI the way you need it. It doesn't matter which device you use. Just remember your MINI's email address or serial number.
2. Request the data transfer from MINI Support via email or chat.
   Please let us know which device you have set up to your liking and which orderbird MINI(s) you would like the item list copied to.
3. We will transfer the product list as requested and confirm the data copy to you via email or directly in the live chat.

Important information for you:

• Please note that only the entire product list can be transferred. A copy of individual folders or items is not possible! The existing item list will be replaced by the data transfer from another device.
• Please ensure that your orderbird MINI is not in use and the shift is closed at the time of the copy to ensure a clean data synchronization.
