You have accidentally denied the printout of the receipt or need a copy of the receipt? As long as you have not yet closed the day in your orderbird MINI, you can print out a copy of the receipt directly on the device.

This is how it works:

1. Open [Menu] > [Transactions].
2. Tap on the receipt you want to print.
3. Tap on the 3 dots at the top.
4. Tap on [Print Receipt]. As you can see at the top, the new receipt is marked as "Copy of receipt".

After you have closed the day in your orderbird MINI, you will find all receipts online in your MY orderbird account. You can find more detailed information here: Your digital invoice archive.
