I forgot my PIN!
Your MINI requires a user PIN, but you just can't remember it? Then use your login details from MY orderbird to unlock your cash register and reset the PIN. Here's how:
- Tap “Forgot PIN”.
- If another user is nearby you can ask them to unlock your device. Else tap on “Use credentials".
- Enter your login details (email and password) and confirm.
- You will now be asked to select a user to change their PIN.
- Enter the new PIN twice to confirm and save it.
- Done! Now you can unlock your orderbird MINI with the new user PIN and continue working.
