Your MINI requires a user PIN, but you just can't remember it? Then use your login details from MY orderbird to unlock your cash register and reset the PIN. Here's how:

1. Tap “Forgot PIN”.
   
2. If another user is nearby you can ask them to unlock your device. Else tap on “Use credentials".
   
3. Enter your login details (email and password) and confirm.
   
4. You will now be asked to select a user to change their PIN.
   
5. Enter the new PIN twice to confirm and save it.
   
6. Done! Now you can unlock your orderbird MINI with the new user PIN and continue working.
